Our Superior Room had a kickass mountain view and was super clean. Really enjoyed the dining experience, especially thanks to Niko who made it nice for the whole family! Just be aware of the noisy church bells in the mornings.

The room had a stunning balcony view overlooking the snow-capped mountains. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, especially Mr Niko from the restaurant who went out of his way to ensure my family was comfortable. The breakfast offered a decent variety, though dessert options could improve. The pool at the sister Ramada Resort was fantastic for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Unfortunately, the shower screen was poorly fitted, causing water to flood the bathroom. Plus, the lack of air conditioning in my room made it quite stuffy at night, and there were limited English TV channels available for entertainment. Carrying ski gear back and forth was a hassle too, and sometimes parking was hard to find.

We loved the spacious rooms with breathtaking mountain views, and the access to numerous outdoor activities was a huge plus. The location was fantastic, right in the center of the village and close to the slopes, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants.
Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made our stay a bit uncomfortable during warm nights.

Yo, the food was, like, super good! Niko, the restaurant manager, was totally awesome. He helped us find a table for our big family and made everything chill. Ice skating out front was a vibe, and the location was super convenient to everything. Just, like, loved how friendly everyone was!

The breakfast was a real highlight with a diverse spread that kept every meal exciting! Plus, the staff were incredibly kind, treating us like family throughout our stay.
However, the lack of air conditioning in the older room was a bit of a hiccup, especially during the hotter nights. Also, I could've done without navigating through cigarette smoke at the entrance.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms can be quite uncomfortable during warmer months!!! Outdated room decor gives the feeling of neglect, while the limited power outlets make charging devices a hassle!!!

Had a great time! The breakfast and dinners were tasty, with a nice variety. But, the room lacked basic amenities like a kettle, and wifi was pretty unstable. Carrying ski gear was a hassle too. 😅
